Physical Products
Printed materials such as workbooks and guide packs may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or contain printing errors. Items must be returned in their original condition.
To initiate a return for physical products:

- Include your order reference and a description of the issue
- Provide photographs of any damage if applicable
Digital Products
Digital downloads and email-delivered materials are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, as the content cannot be returned. If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, contact us and we will work to resolve the problem or provide a replacement file.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returned physical items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Digital products that have been successfully downloaded or accessed
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
Exchanges
